National Vocational Qualifi cations (NVQs) are work-based qualifi cations that assess the skills and knowledge people need to perform their job role effectively, so their value of is many fold. They represent a benchmark for employees to aim for and help improve standards across their entire company.
We offer NVQs in a wide variety of sectors - construction, civil engineering, utilities, warehousing and manufacturing. They are open to all however there are limiting restrictions on entry and age limits. On some we’ve had young apprentices and 60-odd year olds going through their assessments at the same time from the some companies.
At the Vocational Skills Centre our assessors are some of the most experienced in the vocational skills sector.
