To meet the increasing demands within the ever changing world of Health & Safety TASC Ltd can deliver to its clientele a range of consultancy services that provide flexible, cost effective and efficient solutions to satisfy your organisations specific requirements and concerns. We do this by means of a core contracted consultancy agreement. Additional services can be developed and charged separately, this allows us to respond to legislative and contractual driven demands placed upon the modern business world, this method of bespoke service design also gives us the flexibility to ensure we provide a tailor made safety and consultancy package.
At TASC Ltd our main driver is that one size does not fit all – design to fit is the only sure way of putting your organisation to the forefront of safety management.
Have you got an easy to use and implement Health & Safety Management System?
The implementation of a Health & Safety Management System can assist a client in controlling workplace hazards and meeting statutory duties. We by working together with your organisation can produce a Health & Safety Management System which is based upon the Health & Safety Executive’s management model HSG 65.
If the unfortunate need arises how will you carry out an accident Investigation?
Following a workplace accident, we can provide a timely, structured and appropriate accident investigation. The ability to establish the root cause of any accident is essential in order to comply with your statutory duties and to ensure the event cannot be repeated. We will provide an expert and rapid response. Site visits or telephone guidance, as appropriate, will be provided to effectively address the situation.
Are you employing competent contractors?
If you as an employer appoint contractors as part of your business undertaking you carry some responsibility for the actions of these contractors. We will assist in the contractor approval and due diligence checking process to reduce the employer’s liability and reduce the risk of workplace accidents.

Health & Safety Audits from £50 per site
TASC Ltd will carry out an audit of an organisation to produce a report to be presented to senior management or external interested parties, such as insurance companies. The audit will consider the organisation's health & safety management and the risk control measures associated with the major workplace hazards relevant to the specific employer.
We recognise that each organisation we deal with is unique, and therefore so are its needs. That’s why you will find we are flexible about how we marry your needs with our services. We offer a range of cost effective and efficient options.
Whatever the project; from risk assessments to site inspections, accident investigations to onsite training and planning supervision for construction projects, our health and safety team is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

1. Annual Safety review |
At the start of the contract or annually if the client is on a rolling agreement
The review is to include a full analysis of all Health & Safety provisions and documentation, including the following.
• Changes in legislation
• New legislation
• Past years performance
• Analysis of accident statistics
• Review of response to TASC Advice/recommendations

2. Acknowledgement letter sent |
Within 1 week of contract start date
The letter is to acknowledge and welcome the new client and briefly outline the following years scheduled activity.

3. Courtesy call to the client |
Monthly for the life of the contract
The call is to check client satisfaction with our service, identify any current needs and ensure we (and the client) are fulfilling our agreement.
Calls to be logged and appropriate responses made, all information/actions/comments are to be recorded on the clients "Data Management" account.

4. Review /recommendation letter |
Every 3 months for the life of the contract
The letter is to outline client progress within the agreement and to document any advice/recommendation offered by TASC Ltd to the client (whether followed or not).
This letter can also be used to highlight areas of legal vulnerability and moral responsibility for both client and TASC Ltd.

5. Renewal/continuation review |
Annually as part of the general review (point1) or at the end of the contract if the client is not on a rolling agreement
The renewal review should be used to highlight the benefits of continuing in contract with TASC Ltd. This review should also highlight the achievements of the previous year, savings made and problems avoided/solved.
Print out and provide the client with a Log of the year’s activity from the clients "Data Management" account.
